Once again I thank everyone for caring about Kelsey and her art. Of course I'll keep her DA account up. I'll be visiting often, too, so if you want to ask me or tell me anything, I'm here. Kels and I were also best friends, we were of like minds in many ways. From what she shared with me, I doubt she held back on anything! But I hope she did; we all need to keep something of ourselves to ourselves, right?

Kelsey's mom here. To anyone who doesn't know, Kelsey would have been 28 tomorrow, Feb. 27. I sleep in her room, I wear her PJs, still look through her drawings, read her stories, and miss the shit out of her! Some say I should let her go, get on with my life, remember her with love. Hell with that, man!! I haven't gotten over her death, and I never will. It's like it was that last night all over again and again. I still live in the same house - she's everywhere, every day. I don't want to move on...unless it's to be with her again. Sorry to sound so depressing, but I can only be honest. P.S. A share: I miss filling out the newspaper crossword puzzle at like 5:30 a.m. before she had to go catch the bus for school. (Luckily, she found a way to get kicked off from riding the bus
